I'm 22...My so called "friend" asked me to put a motorcyle in MY name (under my credit)...and i agreed to do so...only because he promised to make the monthly payments and i wanted to build up my credit...Now i can't get a hold of this person and he won't pay for the bills....and so i called the credit people up to tell them my situation...and they gave me some news that blew my mind....they said that i had Fraud Status on my credit because the co-signer was a "fake" ....and the guy that told me get the bike he had someone co-sign under my credit....i don't know what to do..PLZ HELP...thaanx

1) Sell the motorcycle (in your name, correct?).
2) Pay the outstanding note. Make up any difference 'out of pocket'.
3) Write letter to credit agencies explaining circumstances. This won't remove any negative report, but will be reported with any credit requests).
4) Learn from this.
