What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? TX
I am needing some help..I erroneously paid some personal bills from a company account (a company I was working for). The mistake was found, I was fired and the owner is stating he could press charges. I have requested copies of the "statements" or receipts of the payments, however he will not provide them.
Can you please help me find out what recourse I have - what I can/should do to help protect myself?
