What is the name of your state? Arizona

Does Arizona State Law require a spouse to testify against their spouse? Can they be forced to? Does it make a difference if one spouse was the orginal complaintent or not? Or if the State has taken over as the plaintif?

That depends on the case ... was this a domestic violence case? Sexual assault? Child molest? What?

The defendant needs to consult an attorney on the matter in his or her state regarding his or her specific circumstances just to be safe.
