I live in the state of Arkansas. Is there a lesser offense than domestic assault third degree? My boyfriend at the time we had an argument and i called the police because I just wanted him to leave that is it. There was no violence of any kind just an argument. That is the charge he has. And when this happened he was on probation but no longer is. Ther was a restraining order also and we got married.Is there anything we can do and what could possibly be the outcome? Thank you,
