I am not getting a divorce, however my husband and I have found ourselves in the middle of an ugly custody battle. We are providing a home for my girlfriend and her 2 children. Now that she and her dhildren are staying with us her ex feels this is the time to fight her for custody. He is claiming that our home is bad for the children. He has requested an emergency injunction claiming everything from sexual deviant behavior of myself, my husband and his wife, I'm abusive to my 15 year old daughter, My husband is abusive to me and most importantly we are alcoholics. Can I do anything?
