    Post Nuicance neighbours

    State of MAINE:

I have a neighbor that has been harrassing me for a few years now. Calls to C.O.D.E. enforcement, assessors office, police, fire dept., Town stuff.....

Not even once have I been in the wrong - So, it isnt working out for him. He is on few town boards to
BUT... I have had it and I would be willing to bet the others have to.

This neighbor chooses to hate me for reasons that probably come down to "The Haves" and "The Have-Nots" - He is in the dark about me and my property and continues to disrupt my peace and comfort.

How can I legally protect myself?
    What steps are required?
    What language do I use?
Is it The Harrassment act of 1997?

    Thank's as always - Saffron

    Neighbor problems

    MD
I too have the neighbor from hell and every government agency he has reported me to (falsely) has suggested I get a lawyer and sue him. That is so much easier said than done. I looked up what I could sue him for and it would have to be private nuisance for preventing me from using and enjoying my home.
