heres the sitiuation. I am wanting to know who is liable in this situation. person A buyes 2 thousand dollars worth of items from person B. Person B is ordering from person C. person B has the customer Person A send payment directly to Person C. Person B never intends on fulfilling the order and insted places and order for themselves using person A's money. Dose the customer have the right to demand a refund from the seller? or the person they sent the money to?
