What is the name of your state? New York

Would appreciate if anyone knows the consequences of a grade A misdemeanor,

as well as disorderly conduct in the state of NY.

Also are text messages stored on a cell phone permissible as evidence?

Not sure about New York, but that issue came up in the Koby Bryant trial, and the judge agreed to allow them as evidence. Unless the information was obtained improperly, I would see no reason why they woudln't be.
