What is the name of your state? NY

the possible offense may have occured in NC.

can an individual obtain a private pilots license or a faa medical after being convicted of a felony, and while serving under the terms of the parole granted?

is the entry of false information on the application a federal crime, in particular, if the person didn't answer truthfully on the form when asked whether they were ever convicted of a felony?

thx

My response:

If a parolee were to obtain a pilot's license while on parole, that parolee would be a "flight risk."

My understanding is that you can get an FAA license with a felony conviction, UNLESS that conviction is for drugs or alcohol, in that case you cannot apply for 1 year after the final conviction. As for being a big fat liar**************.????anyone?

By the way, IAAL, that was actually funny!
