What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Ohio
In MA it is legal to look up a woman's skirt but in Ohio the child enticement statute is unconstitutional.

It is now illegal in Massachusetts to take "up-skirt" photos. http://www.nbcnews.com/news/us-news/massachusetts-outlaws-upskirt-photos-after-court-ruling-n47061.

It can be charged as either a misdemeanor (up to 2 and a half years/$5000 fine) or a felony (5-10 years, $10,000) depending on age of the victim photographed or videotaped, and whether there has been distribution of the image(s) to others.

Now it is up to Ohio to work on the child enticement statute and the bestiality law. ;)
