What is the name of your state? I live in Oregon now, the state that I got in trouble in was Idaho. In 1977 or 1978 I was a stupid kid and got in with the wrong friends and was arrested for shoplifting like a $2 item. I was fined and didn't have the money spent 7 days in jail (Nampa Idaho ) Now I am filling out a job application that asks for class A misdemeanor convictions. No idea if this is a class a, b or c misdemeanor. Not been in trouble for anything else in the last 30 or so years. Does any one know how this would be classed also can I get it expunged?
