An online casion advertises an average payout percentage of over 93%. I've been using this particular casino for several months an have lost thousands. The casino always wins.... If you do get lucky enough to win, you have to request a cashout. The cashout stays in you account for 5-6 days - always available to "put back in your bankroll". However, when you cash-in, the funds are immediately deducted from your credit card account. I've contacted the casino with my concern. They stand behind thier claim of the 93% average payout percentage. I did some research, the company that states the casino has a 93% APP, is Ernst and Young in Isreal. The casino turned over a Month's worth of accounting documents to Ernst and Young. Ernst and Young inturn publish a letter stating the APP is 93%. I've spoken to many other players at this casino and they too, always lose.

Anything I can do? I've also heard of a law suit against Visa, Master Card, etc... for allowing a card holder to make multiple deposits to an online casino.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.
