My aunt and I are debate trying to figure out if its illegal for an individual to place bets at a online casino... if it is .. I say you get fined .. my aunt says you get nothing...

Anyone know?? so when can solve this???

It's illegal if the casino is based in Texas. Out of state casinos are still a grey area legal-wise.
