Hi,
A package for somebody else happened to make its way into my mail box, and out of curiousity I opened it. Can somebody tell me the legal issues concerned around this?

The best thing to do would be to have the package re-packaged and sent to the proper owner. Depending what the package contained will probably influence to owner whether to complain about it. I wouldn't suggest worrying about it, even though it would of been a federal charge.
