Out of country travel

I have 2 felonies and a couple misdeamenors.

I havent been in trouble a while now and have been off probabtion and papers for quite some time.

I can travel out of state no problem what so ever.

My question is:

Could I still obtain a passport and travel to other countries?

Where could I find more info on this topic?
