In march i bounced a check which did cleared in may. Now I am receiving letters from a "professional debt collector" stating i have a return check for $.07 cents, another fee for $25 for a total amount due of $ 27.13.(??) I spoke to someone who said when they re-ran the check they could only "run it" for a whole amount($11.80).(??) the check was for $11.87. Since the check did clear do I still owe a $25 fee?
