Indiana...I;m hoping that someone can help my Godson. He is in IN convicted of assault and burglary. Him and another guy beat up his mom's drug dealer, Leo stopped and left but the other guy took the money. I agree he should do some time but was sentenced to 20 years. He had a lousy PD and took a bad plea. I'm hoping there is a way to get this time reduced.
I would be grateful if someone would take the time to write to him get some more background and offer him some advice on the direction he should take now.
