What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? New York state
My situation is my husband is about to be outof nys correctional facility due to drug charges. His parole officer went to visit me and said my husband cannot live with me because in 2003 I had an order of protection agianst him it expired in 5/2004. Since then we were married,bought a house together (which i live in now) and opened up a business together too. Have a child together. His parole officer is saying he cannot live with me during his 5 year probation period and we need to get an attorney to fight this. Please help me.. I need some advice.What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
