What is the name of your state?Pa
Found out partner & wife embezzeled thousands dollars, she was shopping company charge cards, took company trips without other partners knowledge.we have all records .He gave offer to buy him out.We agreed.Found out business was in trouble after he left.We do not want to spend anymore money on these two.But think they need to be brought to justice. Is there any other way to have them arrested without having to pay thousands more on legal fees. This just is wrong...He needs to be stopped .He started another business wih another guy now.

Call the police and see if what they did constitutes theft or embezzlement. However, keep in mind that if they had the authority to spend the money, and did so - even unwisely - it may not be criminal.

But, you won't know until you check with the police.

If they violated a contractual agreement it MIGHT be embezzlement ... or, it might also be a civil matter between partners. The question is going to be if the matter rose to the level of a crime or not. And only the police or an attorney can tell you that.
