I have a question relating to another thread.
Since paying to watch adult movies either on line/tv/or video is legal... would it be legal if a couple hired an individual as a videographer and him to hire two consenting adults to have sex in a private environment on film and then give that same couple the tape and payment for their services? Would this be a "legal" loophole in WISC since the performers would then be considered actors? if a contract were signed by all parties?
