If the pretense for giving the money is for traveling expenses, is this still prostitution? Would I need to produce proof that it costs 400 to travel.

Since paying to watch adult movies either on line/tv/or video is legal... would it be legal to have a couple hire me as a videographer and me to hire two consenting adults to have sex in a private environment on film and then give that same couple the tape and payment?
