Under PC647 (f) it says drunk in public, however they came into the house with a $200.00 dog off the leash warrent that was dismissed and took friend to jail. What's the best defense please?

The Dog is a Great Pyrenees and is 110 lbs. and a service animal. He is worth it in fact he's probably worth more than any car you've ever own. don't you have anything worth while to say?
