What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? West Virginia

If let's say someone was to hypothetically borrow money from a drug dealer to bankroll a sportsbook , then how much time would said individual face if caught ? What's the general penalty for borrowing money from an illegal source by the way ?

Thanks ahead of time .

We don't waste time on hypothetical questions. But when you do get in trouble, feel free to write with your actual problem.

"Hypothetically" the moron that would "borrow" money from a drug dealer would be in much more danger from the dealer than the law.
