What is the penalty for being an unlicensed operator in Massachusetts? Additionally, what are the chances of being immediately arrested and deported if this unlicensed operator is also an undocumented immigrant? I have heard from other people that most likely in court the person will be told they have a certain amount of time to voluntarily leave the country. If they do not go to court they will then have a warrent for their arrest. What are the court fees associated with this?
