What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? California. I was arrested for a petty theft and have a 2nd degree burglary,and a grand theft conviction in the past. what am I possibly looking at?

What exactly have you been charged with (statute?)

When were your past convictions?

Was it charged as theft with a prior per PC 666? If so, that can be charged as a felony.
