Couple of days ago my employer found out that I have been causing financial loss within company. The damage I did was around 250. They called the police and I have already returned the amount I stole. This is my first time getting in trouble. My question is how likely is it that I will be able to be enrolled in the diversion program and how do I get into it? Do I need a lawyer to help me ask? Please let me know
