Here's a background on the question. I belong to a private Flickr group where parents discuss and post the profiles of other Flickr users that we should seriously consider blocking because their photo streams contain questionable photos, i.e., pornography, underage stuff, adult oriented materials, etc., etc., and we don't want these people viewing photos of our families.

If you're familiar with Flickr, any member can mark a photo of yours as a Favorite and it appears on their (perverts, alleged) profile - we don't want this, which is why we have to go in and block these people.

In order to block these types of people we have no choice but to click on their profile in order to go into the section of Flickr where blocking is available.

The question the group has is, can we be held liable for inadvertently seeing/viewing something WHILE we're attempting to BLOCK this person from them seeing our stuff?

The group itself, again, just posts links to the alleged users' profile so we parents can go click the link, and the proceed to BLOCK the person hosting the questionable/bad content.

Are you saying that there is no option to block everyone, then go in and unblock only those people/friends in your group?
Sounds fishy that they wouldn't offer total blocking with exceptions...
