There are 2 cases I am involved with - one as a victim/witness and one where I am the defendant. (both involving the same people - same incident)
The case where I am the victim/witness is on first.
1. If the defendant takes a plea, would the case against me be dropped or
dismissed?
2. Would I have to request this or would it be automatic?
3. Could it be a "condition" of the plea agreement?
