I was wondering if anyone could help me?!?!
I'm 21 and my boyfriend is 20, the other night while i was at work he had 4 friends over. The cops were called for loud music, they were drinking and he got a minor. It is true that you can't get a minor in your own home where you pay rent even though you are not the legal age. They also told him that i'm not able to have alcohol in my own house even though i'm 21. He asked "so then shr's suppose to take her alcohol to work with her" and the police said yes. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE CLARIFY THIS FOR ME.
