What is the name of your state? Ga

Why would an ADA not have someone arrested when she knows that they are breaking their bond? I know of someone that is suppose to be in their home everynight at 10:30pm. (due to 4 felony charges that they are awaiting trial for.) They haven't been in their home, much less on time since dec. 2005. Does the ADA possibly think its not worth it since the guilty person if found guilty is looking at 60-100yrs prison time??

2ndly if u are called to testify in a criminal case and the case is 115 miles one way away from your home and u have to hire a sitter for 4-5 hrs.... are u able to get : 1. mileage reimbursment>? if so how much? and can u get money to pay or at least help pay for the sitter? If u can get this money who pays it? the one calling u to testify or their attorney?
