A friend of mine who traveled outside the country said he was interrogated on arrival back in.. and camera and digital media searched for "porn photos.

Obviously child porn is illegal... but is carrying personal ( taken by self) pics of girls, above the age of 18, in nude and sexual positions illegal in anyway ? Where is the "line " so to speak?

If the girls are young looking ...(ie an 18 yr old can easily be mistaken for younger) ... can you be charged even though there is no proof?

What are Customs officials rights to seach computers and digital media... and conficscate ?

what country was your friend returning from? did your friend notice if anyone else's camera was being searched?
