when i was 16 years old (in arizona) i took some nude pic for my boyfriend (18 yrs old at the time) at the time (i already know how idiotic that was) and sent them to him over the net. (he then and now resides in florida)
recently a guy he knows got the pics off his computer, saved them on a disk, and even sent them to another person. the third person confirmed having them, he lives in another state all together. the guy that stole them (supposedly, at the time they were 'stolen' my ex and i were not on good terms) says he didn't send them anywhere else, but is a known liar and even says things like he should send them to other places.
this all turned into a big complicated mess. what can i do to make this all end, and could i get in trouble for this as well? also since i was 16 at the time wouldn't that still be child pornography?
