I have an ex girlfriend of whom had some pictures taken of her without any clothes on. I posted them on the internet - no words, no defamation, nothing of that sort - and she is claiming she can and will sue me for putting htem on the net w/o her consent. I live in MA. Can she do this!?!?! I thought it was O.K. as long as she was over 18? I mean, it's not like I signed a contract with her or anything.....

the most important issue you are facing is whether you have enough money to hire an attorney to defend you in a lawsuit (whether you eventually win or lose) and the public ridicule you will get from your friends and relatives. You think you can't trust women, don't worry about it. After the details of what you did get told to your friends, co-employees, relatives, etc. you won't have any woman wanting to date you.

photos of a private nature do not give you the unrestricted right to post them on the web, especially for the reasons you posted here. did you ever get a model's release signed by her? That's what allows all of those other porn photos to be published without legal problems.
