My question is this. Is it illegal to post a nude picture of a person who has sent that picture to me via email? I met a guy over the internet in which we became good email buddies.

We never met but talked and exchanged photos. He sent me a picture of himself "nude" but with his face blurred out. I wanted to get back at him, since we are no longer on good terms and post his "nude" pictures on gay internet sites.

Is that illegal? I remember him saying that he hoped I'd be discrete with his photos. So I'm not sure if I must be discrete or can I post the photos and not get in illegal trouble.
