I will be a witness in a divorce case for both parties. One party I gave prescription drugs to (tylox and darvoset), can i get into trouble over this. The parties are fighting over custody of the children, and I have to get up and say I have her medication. DId i break the law? The one I gave the drugs to, she has a history now of drug usage (prescription) been in rehab, committed a felony. She has a chance of losing her children.
