A friend just recently found out that his spouse had paternity testing done on him many years ago. For some reason, she kept the paper work in their strong box. While preparing to move out, he checked in the box although hadn't looked inside of it for years. The test was accomplished with hair strands and was done without his knowledge or consent.

Are there any laws that were violated for such a situation? Aside from what she did, the tests showed that he was NOT the father, nor had he ever even known about the pregnancy which she terminated. That in itself may be helpful to him in the divorce proceedings.

It is no surprise at this woman doing illegal activities. She also has committed mail fraud by disposing of mail from myself and his family for years. I am the former spouse and the letters were about our Son. Those from his family were about his Father's poor health. Additionally, he is now reporting her to DCFS for leaving their 9 yr old Son alone after school for 1-3 hrs daily.
