My son is a 19 yr. old high school graduate. He is on supervised probation for simple aggrevated battery for 2 years. With fines & restitution.
His dream was to join the military after graduating. From my understanding, he will not be able to join. Is this true.
Can he join the military or does he have to wait until his probation is over with?
Can the probation be reduced or released after a certain period of time.
I do not understand the criminal laws, please help.
