this a long story.stepson is on probation he is doing 45 days in jail wright now.they releast him to go out for work.while he was at work two detectives came and told him that he was on a probation hold.they will not tell him why he is on probation hold.he thinks it might have to do with something that happened in 1998.do they have a certain amount of time to charge him and tell him why there holding him.and his probation officer didnt know he was being held what can we do in this situation.
