probation violation

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? tennessee, i am on felony probation in michigan,had it transfered to tennessee,was sheduled to be off last week but court costs and restitution was not paid in full,michigan is going to violate me..will they come to tennessee to get me?

they certainly could... probably won't... they will wait until you get pulled over or need a driver's license or some other interaction with the state.
