This morning when i went outside i noticed paint on the siding in the back of my house.Paint starts from the lower window of my third floor tenant, and is splashed all over, right down to the ground...i have been having problems with this tenant. my question is do i have a right to go thru the garbage bags she put out this morning to see if i can find paint in it....i actually already did and have found the paint...purple...i want to make out a police report but don't want to get in trouble for going thru her garbage....please help..waiting to call police ...thanks in advance from connecticut
