What is the name of your state? ny

We run a large basketball club in the state with many sleep away tournaments we are wondering if a bo ywho has been charged with sexual assault on a girl on a school bus and the school allows him to basketball games etc. can we keep him from playing on our teams?
We are worried about him being away with other kids (siblings of the boys playing) on our teams. The community is appauled that the school has let him attend functions unsupervized. He is on probation and was underage when the assault took place. The girl he assaulted has left the school system and he has remained.
We do not want the added pressure of watching him like a hawk.
The club has tryouts and we would like to let the coaches know of his offense and not take him on the team. Can we do this?
He has many other restraining orders against him from other girls but he is still in our school and many are afraid of him but he still roams the halls and makes uncalled for remarks.

**It sounds to me as if he is well on his way to becoming a rich and famous B-baller. When he's making seven figures a year, none will mind which young girl he dose what to, as long as he dribbles for the home team.
