I'm 18 years old attending college and I live in a dorm that has community bathrooms. I came in drunk one night and was throwing up in the bathroom just across from my room. A security guard for the building saw me and call the police and EMS. I was not severly intoxicated and i refused any treatment by EMS but i was charged with public disorderly conduct and spent the night in jail. Do you think that the judge could find me not guilty? I would appreciate comments and advice
