What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? VA

Question regarding Escort services

I have come across several websites developed by attractive escorts stating that they will fulfill the client's fantasies. Some of these websites do state that any monies exchanged are for modeling, timing, and companionship services only. (Example: You understand that money exchanged for services is simply for time and companionship only. Anything that may or may not occur is a matter of personal choice between two or more consenting adults of legal age and is not contract for, requested to be contracted for or compensated for in any manner.)

Does the statement within the 'parentheses' make this type of escorting service legal? If it is legal, how could this be legal and not illegal services? While spending time together, if 'something' did happen, would that still be legal?

No, it's not legal. It's a way that they try to circumvent the law.
But as long as the payment is for nonillegal activities, wouldn't that be legal? For example, a man might be paying money for an opportunity to have a cup of coffee or watch a movie with this escort (companionship). If they like each other or attracted to each other and leads to something more, wouldn't that be legal since this 'more activity' was not part of the contract (not an exchange of money for services).?

I am confused

If the "coffee and t.v. " cost 300.00 per hour it is likely to be illegal.

Get a girlfriend. Date. Have a relationship. Do not whore-monger. ;)

If you're still confused you're either pretending to be ignorant or stupid.
