question about felonies

What is the name of your state? new york

this guy i know(age 25) was arrested and charged with criminal mischief and a misdemeanor. he had a warrant for his arrest because he trashed someone's car. its also not the first time he has gotten arrested. how much jail time could he possibly get?

I think New York has the 3 strike rule also so if this is his first offense he's more than likely going to end up on probation.
