OK... My husband did a major booboo.... and he took some lottery tickets, total about 50 bucks, cashed them & got about 100 bucks.. he hired a lawyer on this because the store manager is saying he also took about 800 bucks, which he DIDN'T! here is my question... if his lawyer asked if he can serve weekends, how likley will the judge grant that wish? because my husband is now employed by a great job making good money!
