I am in North Carolina. My ex girlfriend has been texting me naked photos of her new boyfriend telling me that I cannot amount to him. My son uses my phone while I am at work since I cannot take my cell phone on the premises. She text one of the photos and he received it while he was playing a game on my phone one night while I was at work. Is this a crime? How can I get her to stop legally?

You let your son have your phone KNOWING she was sending that stuff? Really?

Sorry, should have made it clearer. He received the first one she sent. I hadn't talked to her in a while and she text that while I was at work one day. But no, my son hasn't had my phone since. That's why I want it to stop.
