Recently I recieved a 'non-traffic citation summons for Public Urination. I was charged with 'DISORDERLY CONDUCT'. I was wondering if this information shows on my Permanent Record, and can be seen when background checks are done on me. Also, do I have a 'Criminal Record' now?

This is what the 'Nature of the offense' was that the officer wrote. He did put at the bottom, defendent was very cooperative and request low fine. I Have already paid the 195.00. I did not get arrested or go to court. Just said I was 'guilty' and paid the fine.

-- The defendent reklessly created a risk of public inconveinience annoyance or alam by creating a physically offensive or hazardous condition: To Wit: The defendent urinated in a public place --

Please let me know ..... thanks for your help.
