What is the name of your state? Florida

I have questions about what Adjudication Withheld is and if Nolle Prosequi is a convicition?. Also if I can tell on a face sheet if I have been convicted or not. Need to know what the state I am going to be moving to will get from the DLE. Thanks.

I figured out what Nolle Prosequi means but with Adjudication Withheld I know that it pretty much means you said you plea guilty but if you do probation then would take away your guilty plea. Is that with all Adjudication Withheld cases?
