I have 2 questions regarding solicitation in the state of Colorado.

first is it legal to solicit an adult woman for a strip tease out side of a strip club?

second would be the same but for touching herself/masturbation?

That might depend on whether she is open to the idea or finds it offensive and screams to the heavens about your lewd solicitation.
