My friend was 14 and ran away from home. She was in a bad neighborhood, and after a few hours noticed someone following her. He stopped several times, trying to convince her to get in his car. After a few tries, she willingly got in the car. Understandably she was afraid, but did not tell him. He talked to her, asking where she was from, get age, etc. She told the truth. A few minutes before she had left her house, she took her daily prescription medicine, which after a few hours would make her extremely tired and out of it. She had already been gone 6 hours. She was also exhausted from walking 15 miles. She fell asleep in the car. The man told her he was 20 and a drug dealer. Then he started touching her. She fell in and out of consciousness. He started asking her what she would do out on the street with no man, if someone decided to do something to her, hurt her, rape her, kill her. She didn't know how to respond. He started kissing her. She pushed him away but he continued. He said he wouldn't force her to do anything she didn't want to do. Then he got on top of her. She was underage, tired, and under the influence of medication. However, after saying no several times, she said yes to him having sex with him. My question is: is this rape?

They did a rape kit and a walk through of where she was. They have not found the guy and the story was released on social media but has since been taken down. No one said anything as to why.

Are you somehow under the impression that it's your business to know these things?

DarkDiana, in what state did this happen or, if not in the US, in what country did this happen? The laws in other countries are different than those in the US.
